Experts in patient-facing content that connects and empowers

Language virtuosos

Medical mastery and cultural sensitivity

Our translators are not only language experts who meet ISO 17100 standards, but also possess a deep understanding of diverse cultures and their unique healthcare needs. They are familiar with the nuances of different ethnic, religious, and social backgrounds, allowing them to adapt translations to resonate with specific target audiences. This cultural competence ensures that patient-facing content is not only accurately translated, but also considers cultural sensitivities and values.

Accessibility and plain language

We believe in making healthcare information accessible to all individuals, regardless of their language proficiency or educational background. Our translators are skilled in simplifying complex medical terminology and concepts into plain language, ensuring that patients, their caregivers and communities can understand and engage with the information provided. We prioritise clarity and readability and are expert in tailoring content to the audience. This also applies when adapting content for children, adolescents, adults and proxy audiences.

Inclusive language

Our translators use inclusive language that respects and acknowledges the diversity of patients. They are mindful of cultural references and sensitive or taboo topics, ensuring that content is inclusive and respectful to all individuals. This approach fosters a sense of trust and connection between patients and healthcare providers and researchers.
